My expertise is based on over 20 years of experience in organisational development — as a management consultant, in HR and project roles, as a co-owner, and to this day as an active member of the board of Great Place to Work.
I support Swiss SMEs as well as international large corporations — with a clear focus on structures, people, and what truly moves organisations.
