Today everyone has to lead
Leadership is not a title – it's a mindset. And especially in times of change, uncertainty, and rapid progress, we need leaders who provide guidance, inspire trust, and lead with clarity. Leaders who combine analytical, rational thinking with emotional intelligence and a keen sense and intuition for what matters.
Today many managers are under pressure: They juggle operational tasks, lead teams in hybrid structures and face employees with new expectations of meaning, personal responsibility and collaboration.
The new leadership
There is no single right leadership style. Every leader brings their own story, attitude, and strengths. And that is precisely where the potential lies: when we create a shared understanding of leadership that allows room for individuality while simultaneously creating a unifying force.
Intuitive Mind's programs are more than tools and models: They are about real growth. I create spaces for honest exchange where leaders learn with and from each other, build trust, and sharpen their own leadership skills. We strengthen emotional intelligence and intuition, encourage self-reflection, and practice decision-making—especially in situations where the evidence base is insufficient.
Good leadership begins with oneself. And has an impact on the entire system.

Project Example
Empowering leaders through tailored development
Goal: A leadership mindset for new times
How do you develop leaders who are both operationally and strategically effective? How do you create a shared understanding of leadership that allows room for individual strengths? These very questions were at the heart of a global leadership project for which I was privileged to design the customised development program.
The approach: A program tailored precisely to the needs of the organisation
Together with an internal project team, I developed a practical, needs-based program that addresses today's challenges and strengthens managers in their roles. In three modules over five days, essential leadership skills were developed – from day-to-day team management and self-reflection to empathy, visionary leadership, and strategic direction. Coaching sessions between the modules ensured that individual challenges and needs were also be addressed.
1. Individual development and reflection
The managers intensively examine their role, their strengths and the impact on their team and the organisation.
2. Practical learning formats
Case studies, interactive simulations and practical scenarios ensure direct relevance to everyday management.
3. Peer Dialogues
In small groups, current challenges are analysed together and solutions are developed.
4.Learning partnerships
Between the modules, what has been learned is put into practice in learning partnerships (study buddies).
5. Trustful space and exchange
Over the course of the program, the groups grow closer together, build a strong relationship of trust, and benefit enormously from the open exchange – they learn with and from each other.
6. Individual coaching between modules
In-depth reflection and individual support enable sustainable development
7. Long-term support
Even after completion of the program, there are opportunities for exchange, practical transfer and continuous learning, such as peer coaching.
Result: Leaders who courageously address today’s challenges
A shared leadership mindset that allows space for individual strengths and a strengthened leadership that provides clarity, direction and trust – and is able to lead teams successfully through change and growth.
