Intuitive Mind GmbH has been successfully supporting EUROFIMA and myself, as Head of HR, for several years now – both in our culture development journey and more recently in the area of talent management.
A significant milestone was reached in 2022 when, together with Conny, we developed and introduced EUROFIMA’s corporate values – a foundation that has enabled many further developments.
In 2023, we conducted a feedback workshop with her, based on our corporate values. It was a great success and continues to be applied and lived within the organization.
In 2024, we worked with Conny to design and deliver a tailor-made leadership training program for EUROFIMA, aimed at establishing a shared understanding of leadership within the company. The training included four modules (Fundamentals of Leadership / Positive Leadership / Communication, Conflict & Trust / New Work Leadership), supported by strengths assessments and individual coaching for each leader. Building on this, EUROFIMA conducted a company-wide workshop in 2025 with all employees on the topic of self-leadership – again in collaboration with Conny.
